Platform Terms of Use — Effective 2026
This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the rm34 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the rm34 platform via any device or browser, you officially agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein. This agreement also covers any additional policies referenced or displayed on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the rm34 platform. Continued use after changes is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Rm34 is an online entertainment service intended only for individuals who have reached the legal adult age in Malaysia. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and closed.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the rm34 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same person are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a violation that may result in account termination without notice.
Rm34 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Acceptable verification documents include a national ID, bank statement, or other official documents.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. rm34 will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party use of your account due to your negligence in protecting your password.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact rm34 customer support immediately for prompt action including temporary account freezing.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a user of the rm34 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform systems
- Creating an account using false or someone else's identity
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage
- Laundering illegal funds through the platform (money laundering)
- Selling, transferring, or trading accounts to others
- Exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Disrupting other users or abusing the platform chat functions
Violating any prohibitions above may result in immediate actions including account suspension, permanent termination, and freezing of balances without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information MYR
Deposit
All transactions on rm34 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and authorized local bank transfers. Successful deposits will be credited automatically to your account. rm34 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed during the transaction process. You agree that all deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the selected method. For security and compliance purposes, rm34 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same verified user's name.
Rm34 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests if fraudulent activity, terms violations, or unresolved compliance reviews are suspected.
Limitations of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The rm34 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. rm34 is not liable for any loss, damage, or direct or indirect harm arising from use or inability to use the platform. This includes technical interruptions, device malfunctions, or internet disconnections during active gaming sessions.
Account Suspension & Termination
Rm34 reserves the absolute discretion to suspend or terminate any user account, including for terms violations, suspected fraud, or requests by relevant authorities. In lawful terminations without user fault, valid balances will be refunded after review.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, design, software, logos, and trademarks on the rm34 platform are the exclusive property of rm34 or its licensors. Any unauthorized copying, reuse, or distribution is prohibited. The platform may contain links to third-party services — rm34 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Rm34 may amend, add to, or update these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay informed of current rules. Continued use following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to use of the rm34 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
